FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE : Ardent Progressive Systems and Games LLC today announced Project Silver Door, a business-to-business platform designed to help state-licensed casino operators and sportsbooks offer additional event wagers under Nevada Gaming Control Board Regulation 22, including the "other events" framework in Regulation 22.1201.

Project Silver Door is designed to present sports-derived propositions on a continuous $0.00 to $1.00 price scale, with pricing that can update as a game develops. Wagers would appear in a dedicated "Event Wagers" section of the operator's existing app and kiosk, separate from its current sportsbook offerings. The licensed operator remains the counterparty. Patron accounts, funds, and tax accounting stay within the operator's state-approved gaming system. Ardent does not hold patron funds or match wagers between patrons.

Key design elements:

• Standardized proposition definitions: Consistent rules for how propositions resolve, including conditions that resolve at different times, stat corrections, suspensions, and voiding, so patrons know what they are wagering on before they place a wager.

• Sports-derived propositions first: An initial focus on sports-derived propositions, including multi-condition propositions, together with events already on the NGCB's list of pre-approved other events.

• Operator-controlled environment: Integration with the operator's existing sportsbook platform rather than a separate system, with the operator retaining responsibility for patron accounts, wagering, and settlement.

Ardent continues to engage with the NGCB Technology Division on these topics. Nothing in this announcement reflects approval by the NGCB of any product, proposition, or license. Any offering would be subject to applicable Nevada gaming regulatory review and approvals.
